| Fair Haven has been adapting to
the growing service needs of our community since 1867. For over 135
years, Fair Haven has been dedicated to providing care.
Fair
Haven is a “Skilled Nursing Center and Independent Living Center”
certified by Medicare and Medicaid. |
In 1985 Fair Haven became an Adult Day Services Provider. The day service program provides transportation, activities and medical support in a safe and caring environment. Often the Day Services program is an alternative to premature nursing home placement. | Fair Haven also operates a nutrition program, funded in part by the Area Agency on Aging. Nutrition Services which began in 1996, provides home delivered and congregate meals five days a week to qualifying individuals. |
